Southam 31/3/2012 - Pete, Tim and Claudia
1). The Olde Mint - A beautiful stone building with a lovely interior and wooden beams. The compliments stop there however. When we walking in early evening there was a full on rave happening with a DJ in the corner and the music so loud we were forced to sit outside even though it was a cold day. There was two ales on both Purity. Not to my tastes. 2/10
2). The Market Tavern - Seemed like a nice local family pub. It had a lot of kids playing outside. Inside was split into two rooms. The staff were unfriendly and not very knowledgeable and there was a disappointing number of beers on considering it is owned by Warwickshire Brewery. 4/10
Don't think I will be returning to Southam again in a hurry!
